It’s just that Manikarnika took longer than expected and he had to shoot the NTR biopic. Hence, he moved on. The producer further said that the team didn’t want to compromise as such projects are once in a lifetime. Kangana added to the conversation by saying that the script never changed and she only took the vision of the writers forward.

The makers are set to release the trailer of Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi. A huge set has been made at IMAX Wadala to unveil the trailer and Kangana is expected to make a grand entry at the venue any moment.

A few days back, Ankita Lokhande, who’s making her debut with Kangana led film, shared her first look as Jhalkari Bai on social media. The actress received praises for her look from the entire fraternity including her ex-boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput. However, Ankita's reaction to it at the STAR Screen Awards 2018, left many shocked.

In October, the makers had unveiled the teaser of the film, where Kangana's fierce look and action scenes spelled magic. Amitabh Bachchan's rich baritone as the surtadhar set everything just right.
